I just completed 31 miles today. I am bedded down on the side of the frontage road behind some trees. Totally hidden from the traffic.
It was funny, I had a goal of making it to Papa Angels Pizza in San Jose. The thought of relaxing and having a bunch of carbohydrates kept me going. When I got there it was for take out only. I had to walk back a half mile to the gas station and relax.
I am 23 miles from Las Vegas NM. I have two new blisters on both small toes. I am going to take Sunday off and recoup for Monday morning.
