Fun day today. I saw some sights that were recommended by Ian at the 66 store on the SM Pier. I saw Chicken Boy and had a cherry ricky at the fountain store.
Small world story. As I was talking to Ian on Wednesday on the Pier, an English couple walked up and stated they just finished driving Route 66. Ian told them I was walking it starting tomorrow. Guess who I saw getting on the train in South Pasadena. I walked up to them and said we met the other day. They took pictures and went on with their day.
